I'm a BFC Youth I'm a new friend/visitor I'm visiting from another church I would like a camp t-shirt at S$10!! And my t-shirt size is.. 32 34 36 38 40 42 44 46 48 I don't think I want a t-shirt I'd like to purchase an air mattress through the camp organizers at about S$20 I'd like to laon a bed or matress if theres something available I'm bringing my own Bedding Please pick me up from Jurong East MRT I'll be going on my own to the campsite

Check those that apply! For sleeping arrangements its best to buy or bring your own bedding.. we can't guarantee there'll be a bed waiting for you otherwise. We'll try our best though!

For tshirt size, if you have no clue, try on teh ones at the booth.. OR.. find a tshirt in your wardrobe that has the rough matching size numbers.

I'll be following all the rules set out in the flier and will allow the youth camp comittee to exercise their disgression when things are unclear :)

Hand in the indemnity form with your payment! You MUST hand in the indemnity form.. Did I already remind you to hand in your indemnity form along with your payment?
